Please do not leave your dog or other pet unattended while wearing any sweater, snood or other Lulu Pup Creations accessory. Routinely, check your sweater, snood, or other accessory for wear and tear or loose threads. We are not responsible for any damages.

Lulu Pup Creations is not to be held liable for any damages including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.

The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against Lulu Pup Creations, its employees and representatives.

 

How Do I Wash My Lulu Pup Creations Dog Accessory?

Sweaters and snoods can be machined washed in cold water, preferably using delicate cycle setting. Tumble dry low or flat dry unless otherwise indicated in description.
 

When Will My Order Ship?

Current turnaround time to ship your order is 10 business days. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.
 

Do You Make Sweaters For Tripod Dogs?

Absolutely! One of our goals when starting Lulu Pup Creations was to provide a customized  fit for dogs of all shapes, including tripods. Please email us so we can specify fit to your dog’s needs.

 

What Is Your Returns/Refund Policy?

Customized Accessories: Our accessories are customized to fit your dog. Please be sure you measure correctly following the instructions. If you have questions about sizing or fit, please don’t hesitate to ask. I’m happy to help! See our size guide to see which measurements are needed for best fit.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and return your item postmarked within 14 days. Please DO NOT mail back items without contacting us first. Any items returned must be in new, unused condition. Items received that are dirty, worn, have dog hair remaining on the garment or damaged in ANY way will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping. Once the item has been returned and is deemed to be unused and in new condition, a full refund will be processed.
